Born from the heart of true athletes and forged in the fire of authentic capacitation, JF Studios exists to awaken the world to a new kind of fitness—one where Body, Soul and Spirit move as one.
Founded by souls who’ve faced the edge and the grit—on the field, in life, and within—the story of JF Studios is more than a brand. It’s a movement. These athletes didn’t just train their bodies; they surrendered their souls, and capacitated their spirits.
They discovered that authentic capacitation begins when you step into a true team, live by faith, and walk in justice and freedom.
Over time, through relentless pursuit and fearless creativity, they were entrusted with what they now call Human Balance Technology—a revelation that unlocks the narrow path to the Fitness Awakening: Body, Soul and Spirit through Health, Focus and Balance.

We coach athletes to reclaim their bodies through conscious hydration, functional movement, proper release and recovery, instinctual nutrition, and clarity of care—restoring what was broken and activating what was dormant. Your body was never the enemy. It was always meant to carry purpose.

Irene is the heart of a friend behind the movement. She ensures every project remains pure, every capacitation fulfilled. She is a pro athlete in being present and thankful.
Amiga is the name that was given to her in her Fitness Awakening adventure, when she discovered her purpose: help others live fully awaken!
Hacha — Founder, Head Coach, Chief Executive Officer
From football fields to global platforms, David Hacha learned that joy, faith and timing make the difference.
Now leading and living The Fitness Awakening Movement, Hacha integrates his athletic and business capacity to help souls internationally.
He knows stillness and patience, but also loves adventure and action. With the spirit of a child and the heart of an athlete, he knows true victories are found in the roots of true friendship and team.
